Tuesday

After the long weekend and a splash of rain, the bluebells were really blooming and blowing in the breeze today.

Today was about hunting for sticks for the woods store and collecting them in the trolly on an amble through the woods. The smallest children dug and mixed some clay and had a go at creating green man faces on the large oak trees.

After school there were clouds to watch:

"I can see a unicorn, there, with a horn"

"I can see a duck over there"

"Those clouds look like a giant erupting volcano"

Then after making their own drinks and a snack, the children carried on with stocking the wood store, by collecting and sawing and storing the wood together.
