We are delighted to announce that our Coppice Club is starting at Sawpit Woods.
*****But what is Coppice Club?****
🌳 Coppice Club is our new offering, inviting people to come together in local woodland to tend, share, develop skills and connect with each other and the woods.
🌳 Have you a longing to spend more time in the woods? Have you an itch to learn woodland skills and crafts? We'll be learning practical hands on activities to support the biodiversity of the woods.
🌳 We'll make charcoal, coppice & pollard hazel, practice bushcraft skills, make tools and more! ...and of course enjoying tea by the fire.
🌳 We hope that you'll join us to make it a wonderful, regular, offering. Bring your ideas, skills and enthusiasm.
🌳 All abilities and ages welcome. We are starting from the beginning, with aims to create and learn together.
