Sun 27 SeptSawpit WoodsIt’s a joyful welcome back to the woods for the new season! Join us to mark Mabon, the midpoint between summer and winter solstice, and get the tools out for Coppice Club.
Sun 01 NovSawpit WoodsWe'll be gathering to mark the start of the darker half of the year with fire, share what we might dream for this winter whilst sharing tea, seasonal storytelling and crafts. And getting the tools out for Coppice Club.
Sun 29 NovSawpit WoodsOur monthly Coppice Club, back for the last one of the year. We come together in the woods to tend, share and develop woodland skills: coppicing and pollarding hazel, making charcoal, practising bushcraft, making tools and more, all with tea by the fire.
Mon 21 DecSawpit WoodsCome & join us to let the woods carry us through to the new year, with tea, maybe a few songs, stories, and chat. Alongside the stillness there'll be a few simple woodland tasks on hand, Coppice Club style, for anyone who'd like to make use of the light with the tools.
