Wednesday woodland wonders

The black berry are out! They tasted, sweet, sharp and delicious. They made great paint. As did the charcoal, which we used so much of, we had to make some more. The tree climbing confidence has grown. How many kids can you get off ground? Stalking games were fun, and fox and rabbit! The hammocks were swung and hung out in. We set off to the meadow to take part in the great butterfly hunt. We each made our own butterfly using our own blackberry and charcoal paint to flutter by with. We spotted a bouncing deer in the bean field. There were crickets and grasshoppers and spiders a plenty. The sun shone and we enjoyed the shade of the woodland for a wondrous Wednesday.
