About the event
This Summer we are celebrating the Solstice in style with a fun filled afternoon at Sawpit Woods. We'll be tending trees, playing games, making and crafting and singing songs around the campfire.
The afternoon is aimed at children of all ages and their families, young and old. Sorry no dogs.
Bring your friends and enjoy playing with us in the woods! Overnight camping available - Please enquire.
Easter we will play, learn, explore, laugh, create, climb and connect in the woods. We will spend our day pottering and playing in the woods following the children's interests. There will be the chance to make fires, create, work together, build independence and resillience and generally get on with the important business of being a child by learning through the freedom of play in nature. Threse sessions are for unaccopanied children from Reception to year 6 ages.
