It’s a joyful welcome back to the woods for the new season!
We’re looking forward to marking Mabon, the midpoint between summer and winter solstice, when the harvest is in and the days start turning toward the darker months. Gather with us, a fire, some seasonal foraging and whatever the woods hand us that weekend. We’ll craft and play together and share reflections on the summer, so get as involved as you like, or just come for tea and play.
This year we're folding in a bit of Coppice Club too, so there'll be some simple woodland skills and tasks on hand for anyone who wants to get their hands dirty and stuck in. Coppice Club is our regular gathering to tend the woods together, coppicing hazel, making woodland products and picking up woodcraft skills as we go. All…
